Word of the day is: Cooking.

Yes, I said it, Cooking. Cooking can be extremely therapeutic and has helped so many cases of depression and anxiety! Hey, maybe it's something about the chopping and dicing, cleaning and rinsing, the stirring and seasoning adding, not quite sure but it does the trick. To top it off, I love knowing exactly what ingredients are going into my food. Putting love and nourishing fixings into your favorite recipe that you get to share with your loved ones can absolutely motivate the act of self-care without even noticing.
