Our commitment to our clients
At EC Hands4Health, Inc. (ECH4H), we are committed to ensuring that all treatments are provided for the full duration purchased For example, a 60-minute treatment will last a complete 60 minutes. We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete the necessary assessment and intake.
Location
We’re located at 1777 Madison Ave New York, NY: East Harlem. In addition to our location based services, we offer in-home services for special occasions, we also offer office wellness options to keep you feeling great at work. Please note that services at your location will include an off-site and travel fee, which varies based on distance. We use Uber/Lyft for our travels, and while we can’t control the pricing fluctuations, we accept various payment methods including CashApp, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo.
No extra guests are allowed to accompany you to your appointment. This helps to maintain a peaceful and undisturbed environment for all clients. Clients under the age of 18, may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pricing
At EC Hands4Health, Inc., we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service tailored to your specific needs. Our rates vary based on factors such as location, job size, and visit frequency. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust our prices to uphold our commitment to quality and service excellence. If you have any regarding our services or pricing, please do not hesitate to contact us when booking. Additionally, travel fees vary based on distance for off-site treatment services.
Individual Sessions and Packages
Please be advised that for individual sessions, whether you select a 60, 90, or 120-minute option, you have 45 days to utilize your booking—no exceptions. We do not offer refunds. For package bookings, you have 3 months to complete all three 60 min sessions, 4 months to complete all three 90min sessions, and 6 months to complete all three 120min sessions . We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to schedule your sessions within these timeframes.
Our massage appointments are scheduled to ensure that each client receives their full allotted time without feeling rushed. Please arrive on time, however, we ask that you arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you do happen to arrive early, we just ask for your patience as we may be finishing up with the previous client. This helps us maintain a smooth and timely schedule for all of our clients throughout the day. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
Cancellation/Late/Reschedule Policy:
We exercise a 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand unexpected situations may arise, so if you find yourself with any last-minute concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. PLEASE arrive on time. If you happen arrive late, please be aware that your session will be shortened accordingly. However, if there are no other clients scheduled immediately after you, we may be able to offer you additional time for an extra fee. We're sorry but there is no flexibility with this. If you miss your appointment completely and desire a new date and time, there is a rebooking fee, up to $60.00.
We ask that services be canceled or rescheduled 24-48 hours in advance. Cancelled appointments are non-refundable; however, we will be more than happy to reschedule a new appointment with you. If done in a timely manner, we will reschedule your session once, after the first reschedule, you risk forfeiting your session. A new appointment must be made at time of reschedule or it will be categorized as a cancellation instead. A rebooking fee up to $60.00 will be implemented in order to create a new appointment. Last minute rescheduling will not be honored. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Your health is a priority to us. If it is less than 24 hours and you become ill and would like to reschedule your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. We ask that this isn't abused. Please note that if illness excuses are utilized on multiple occasions, a fee may be implemented.
ECH4H has the right to cancel and reschedule a treatment at any time.
ECH4H has the right to cancel and reschedule a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill.
ECH4H has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the client is intoxicated or inebriated.
Inclement Weather
Safety first! We have a liberal inclement weather policy. If ECH4H is unable or unwilling to uphold the appointment due to inclement weather, we have the right to cancel/reschedule. We will keep you informed about the status of your appointment through our website, phone, or via email. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions regarding the status of your appointment.
Refund Policy:
While appointments are non-refundable, we can help you reschedule your visit. Just let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance, we’ll make sure to find a new time that works for you.

Website content will be authorized and managed at ECH4H’s discretion, including testimonials.
Photograph consent may be obtained by ECH4H verbally, or in writing if the client completes a photo release form.
Payment
ECH4H accepts payment via www.echands4health.com. Payments through Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App are accepted upon requests.
ALL payment information is secured and will not be shared with anyone.
Inappropriate Behavior
We want to ensure a positive experience for everyone. If the client exhibits inappropriate and/or sexual behavior we reserve the right terminate a session to maintain a supportive environment. No refunds or new scheduling will be allowed.
Privacy
We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality above all else. Rest assured, your treatment details and consultations are exclusively for you, unless you're under 18 or have a care or guardian involved.
Personal information shared on EC Hands4Health website will remain completely secure and will not be shared with third parties. Your trust is our top priority.
Young Clients
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed.
Insurance and Ethics
Estina Capers is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.
ECH4H is registered and insured with American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
