COVID-19 Protocols

Our clientele's safety is our number one priority at all times. Between sessions, staff must disinfect all surface areas that may have been touched during services provided. Hospital grade cleaning supplies are used to wipe down surfaces including but not limited to massage tables and mats, massage bottles, knobs etc. Clean laundered linens are replaced after every client. Staff is required to wash hands and arms properly and thoroughly before and after interaction with each guest (even sanitization during session is recommended in most cases). We monitor CDC's guidelines along with our reputable organization the AMTA, to keep a close watch and implement any new information provided.



Our commitment to our clients

All treatments provided by EC Hands4Health, Inc. (ECH4H) will last for the specified duration purchased. i.e. a 60 minute treatment will last 60 minutes.


We are currently located in East Harlem at 1777 Madison Avenue NY, NY 10035. We do still offer in home services for special occasions at our clients' home's and we also still provide office wellness. Services performed at your location will require you to pay a traveling fee( to be determined based on location). We travel using is Uber/Lyft and have no control over the fluctuation of pricing.  ( Cash, Paypal, Cash App, Venmo are all acceptable.)


Rates are variable depending on a number of factors, including location , size of job/contract, & visit frequency.

EC Hands4Health, Inc. reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.  If you have any questions, please contact us when booking your service. Depending on distance, travel fees vary.

Individual Sessions and Packages

For individuals sessions such as one 60min, 90min, or 120min sessions, you have exactly 45 days to use your session or you forfeit your booking. No exceptions. For packages, you have exactly 90 days to use all 3 of your sessions or you forfeit your booking. No exceptions.


Inappropriate Behavior

ECH4H has the right to terminate a treatment immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behavior.


Cancellation and Late Policy:

We exercise a 24 hour cancellation policyWe understand during the current climate, things may arise. Always feel free to reach out to us if you have very last minute concerns. PLEASE arrive on time. For example, if you are 10 mins late for your 60 min session, you will only receive 50 mins of services, so on and so forth. We're sorry but there is no flexibility with this. It may be possible to purchase additional time at an extra fee if there is no other client directly after you, but this isn't always a guarantee. If you miss your appointment completely and desire a new date and time, there is a rebooking fee, up to $60.00.

We ask that services be canceled or rescheduled 24-48 hours in advance. Cancelled appointments are non-refundable; however, we will be more than happy to reschedule a new appointment with you. If done in a timely manner, we will reschedule your session up to two times, after two reschedules, you risk forfeiting your session. Last minute rescheduling will not be honored.

COVID-19 related illness: If it is less than 24 hours and you become ill and would like to reschedule your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. Proof of a positive result may be required if the request is last minute (example: less than 12 hours or so). If proof isn't presented you may risk forfeiting your appointment and will be responsible for booking a new appointment.


ECH4H has the right to cancel and reschedule a treatment.


ECH4H has the right to cancel and reschedule a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill.


ECH4H has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the client is intoxicated or inebriated.

Inclement Weather

Safety first! We have a liberal inclement weather policy. If ECH4H is unable or unwilling to uphold the appointment due to inclement weather, we have the right to cancel/reschedule. We will keep you informed about the status of your appointment through our website, phone, or via email. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions regarding the status of your appointment.

Refund Policy:


Appointments are non-refundable; however, we will be more than happy to reschedule a new appointment with you.

Website Content

Website content will be authorized and managed at ECH4H’s discretion, including testimonials.


Photographs will only be displayed with the consent of the people in the photograph.


Photograph consent may be obtained by ECH4H verbally, or in writing if the client completes a photo release form.




ECH4H accepts payment through Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App.


ALL payment information is secured and will not be shared with anyone.



Client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.


Consultations will only be discussed with the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.


Personal information shared on EC Hands4Health website will not be shared with any third parties.


Young Clients

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.


The adult must give permission for the treatment to be performed.


Insurance and Ethics

Estina Capers is a New York State  Licensed Massage Therapist.


ECH4H is registered and insured with American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
