Five years ago, EC Hands4Health opened the doors to its Harlem studio with a simple goal: to create a local and safe space where people from my own neighborhood could reconnect with their bodies, and experience intentional care.

This year also marks 10 years of EC Hands4Health, Inc., making this milestone even more meaningful. While we're celebrating a decade in business, this evening is dedicated to honoring five wonderful years in our Harlem home and the incredible community that has helped make it possible.
