Cancellation Policy

We exercise a 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand during the current climate, things may arise. Always feel free to reach out to us if you have very last minute concerns (anything under 24 hours). PLEASE arrive on time. For example, if you are 10 mins late for your 60 min session, you will only receive 50 mins of services, so on and so forth. We apologize but there is no flexibility with this. It may be possible to purchase additional time at an extra fee if there is no other client directly after you, but this isn't always a guarantee.  Please visit our Policy and FAQ page for further details before booking to avoid any confusion.
